Services and Pricing

  • $800/month for in person coaching (2-3 sessions per week)

  • $1200/month for in person partner coaching (2 people)      (2-3 SESSIONS PER WEEK)

  • $100 introductory offer of 2 full length (75 minute) sessions (limit one per person)

One on one coaching that is perfect for beginners to learn the basics of barbell centered strength training or for anyone to brush up on their form. 

In Person Coaching

Online Coaching

Lift at our facility or at your home gym with the guidance of online coaching via individualized programming and  feedback on each of your lift.  


-$180 per month for remote coaching (NO GYM USE, online programming and video coaching). PAY MONTH TO MONTH, NO CONTRACTS.

-$265 per month for gym use, programming, and video coaching (video your lifts and get TECHNIQUE breakdown and INSIGHTs from a coach). PAY MONTH TO MONTH, NO CONTRACTS.

-We love your lifting buddy too!!! Each Rack serves 2 people so bring a friend always :). (Must carpool).

HOW IT WORKS: 

-USING OUR ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM, RESERVE YOUR RACK AHEAD OF TIME FOR WHEN YOU TRAIN WITH US.("book now" tab at top of website).

-80 minute time slots ensure you have your own rack every time you come in to lift

-UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF RESERVATIONS FOR THE MONTH (LIMIT ONE PER DAY). RESERVATIONS made ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.  

-BRING A FRIEND ALWAYS:) THE RACK IS YOURS FOR 80 minutes AND HAS SPACE FOR 2 LIFTERS. Please carpool. WHEN BRINGING SOMEONE NEW MAKE SURE TO email SIMPLY STRONG for a liability waiver for YOUR FRIEND to FILL OUT prior to arrival.
