We are small, passionate about newbie lifters, and offer a beautiful environment to train in.
Our facility has 4 power racks outfitted for your lifting needs. For our monthly memberships, we operate on a reservation system so that you won't be waiting around for equipment to train with. Come in and know you can train the way you want!
Not confident in training on your own or what to program for yourself? Our monthly strength training plans allow you to come and train one on one with a strength coach who will take care of your programming needs and address form so you can lift more confidently.
Come ready to squat, deadlift, bench press and shoulder press. We will slowly dive into form for each of the main barbell lifts (listed above) over the course of the first two sessions. We will also address any limitations and create a plan for growth.
